Save the date! Candlewood Lake Authority's J. Marsicano and F. Cioffi Memorial Candlewood Lake Clean-Up will take place on Saturday, May 22
Online Registration will be required in early May.
The year 1999 marked the first John Marsicano Memorial Candlewood Lake Clean Up. Since that time, volunteers have collected literally tons and tons of debris from the shoreline and bottom of Candlewood Lake (courtesy of our volunteer divers).
Clean-Up Crews will depart in the morning to collect debris from the shoreline of the Lake for a few hours. Each Boat Captain will be assigned a section of the lake to clean up.
CHANGES from previous years because of COVID:
• Each Boat captain will assemble their own Clean Up Crew
• There will NOT be a cookout
There will be giveaways for volunteers. Look for the registration announcement in early May! The CLA is looking forward to a safe 2021 season!
