Chalk Art Party!

Upper Parking Lot
Create some beautiful chalk artwork in our parking lot. We’ll provide all of the chalk supplies and some tunes and snacks while you draw! Registration required. For rising 6th – 12th graders

Homemade Poptarts with Food Explorers
Monday, July 19
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
On Zoom
Learn how to make Blueberry Lemon Pop-tarts with an instructor from Food Explorers! Some ingredients will be provided, participants will need to provide their own perishables. For grades 6-12. Registration required, space is limited. 

Mindfulness for All
Thursday, July 22
7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Local educator and mindfulness leader Prabha Makayee will hold a guided meditation session on Zoom. Zoom info will be sent prior to the event. No camera or microphone necessary to participate, though you are welcome to have your camera on. Topics covered may include: Gratitude takes Guts, Self Sabotage to Self Love, I am the Boss of Me, I Want Answers, Failure is the Key, and Worrier to Warrior, and many more!

Inklings: A Teen Writer's Group
Tuesday, July 27
4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Grades 6-12
Calling all teen writers! Come and work on a project, do writing exercises, and hear from other teen writers. We will meet on the library patio. Registration required, space is limited.
