The 24th annual Manhattan Short Film Festival returns to Danbury’s Palace Theatre for an eye-popping weekend of indie films from around the world!

The festival is a showcase for new voices and perspectives. Ten short films screen simultaneously across six continents during a one-week period, with the Best Film and Best Actor awards determined by ballots cast by the audiences in each participating venue.

FILMS AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Join us in the lobby for photographer Liz Okon’s new exhibit, NYC Moments In Time. A fine arts photographer based in the New York area, Ms Okon took part in a special project documenting NYC during the COVID-19 crisis. Her exhibit features imagery from before, during, and after the pandemic. It’s a love letter to the endurance of New York! These remarkable photos will be on exhibit in the Palace gallery throughout the Festival.
