The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory in effect for the entire region from 9 AM through 7 PM Thursday, January 16.
Sustained northwest winds 20-30 mph with gusts 45-50 mph are expected, with the strongest winds likely occurring in the afternoon. This could result in downed tree limbs and unsecured objects being blown around.
Gusty winds will continue Thursday night, dropping below advisory levels in the evening.
