Brookfield native brings Farmers Insurance to Main Street in Ridgefield

Earlier this year, 22 year old Bryan Ferrari, a Brookfield High School grad, opened the door to Farmers Insurance at 448 Main Street in Ridgefield.

Young in years but not in industry knowledge, Ferrari left a fast paced tech world to move back home and embrace a business he has lived and breathed since birth.

In their early 20s, after earning college degrees in Brazil, Ferrari’s parents  immigrated to the United States and opened a prosperous insurance company on Main Street in Danbury. “I grew up working in their office,” Bryan recalls. “My first exposure to business was insurance.”

A successful entrepreneur, Ferrari thanks his parents for instilling in him values of hard work and perseverance. The duo worked their fingers to the bone to achieve the American dream.  “They had many obstacles including a language barrier,” says Ferrari. “Opening Farmers Insurance means so much to me; it’s what my parents built their life on and what provided them the opportunities they now have,” adds Ferrari.

Choosing Farmers was natural for Ferrari. He is passionate about giving back to the community - a hallmark of Farmers since 1928. “I believe deeply in what I’m bringing to this community and I like the way Farmers does business”.

Ferrari has already become part of the fabric of the community; hosting art exhibits, joining the Chamber, and connecting with fellow Ridgefield business owners.

If you’re strolling down Main Street, stop into Farmers to meet Bryan Ferrari. You can also give him a call at (203) 774-9750 or email him at bferrari@farmersagent.com.

Save the date! Bryan will host a Grand Opening celebration at Farmers Insurance on November 2 from 6-9:00 pm. More details will be coming soon!
