Southbury, CT – Dr. Michael Brand, one of the top Sports Medicine practitioners in the region, and president of OrthoConnecticut, will now be adding office hours in the practice’s Southbury location, located at 900 Main Street South, Building 3.
“I have been seeing Southbury residents in my Danbury and Ridgefield offices for years, so adding time in the OrthoConnecticut Southbury office will make treatment more convenient for area residents,” Dr. Brand explains.
Dr. Brand is widely recognized for his work as a shoulder and knee surgeon, including reconstructive knee surgery, total knee replacement, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, as well as ACL and ACL revision surgery. He has worked with professional sports teams, as well as Division 1 NCAA athletes during his career and currently serves as team physician at Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) and Newtown High School.
Dr. Brand has been recognized as a Castle Connolly top doctor for many years, has been a Connecticut Magazine Top Doc for four consecutive years, and is a 2018 America's Most Honored Professionals Top 1%.
