CDC-VAMS Invitation for a VACCINE APPOINTMENT for Priority Group 1b-those aged 75 and older:
Reminder emails will go out to those individuals who received CDC-VAMS invites and who have not yet registered on the CDC-VAMS system. Check your inbox for a CDC-VAMS invitation. IF you do not see an email, check your Spam folder and Junk folder.
We have learned that other entities, such as Nuvance (Danbury Hospital) have entered many of our residents names and email addresses into the CDC-VAMS system without the residents knowledge. They will have entered your data using the email address that they have on file. You should receive an email from the CDC-VAMS system regardless of which entity submitted your name to the system.
If you have been unable to find an invite that has been sent to you, please search for and allow the following email addresses in your security filters.
Please check all email addresses you have for the invite to register. If you are still unable to locate an invitation to the CDC-VAMS appointment please add your name on our town website with a unique email address. Each person registering must have their own email address.

We will be uploading additional names received into the VAMS website on Tuesday 1/19/21 for anyone who is in priority group 1b and is aged 75 years and older.
If you are in the 75 and older priority group and have trouble with using a computer or technology please reach out to a close neighbor or family member (even if out of state) to help you with the registration process as that would be the quickest way to obtain an appointment.
