Services planned for Brookfield resident Margaret A. Fuccillo, 89

Margaret A. Fuccillo, 89, of Brookfield, wife of the late Cosmo Fuccillo, died on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at her home.

Mrs. Fucillo was born in Brooklyn, NY, on January 5, 1933, a daughter of the late James and Anna (Grasso) Cesiro. She attended NY schools and was a retired bank teller and receptionist.

A resident of Brookfield for the past nine years coming from Florida, she was a member of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church.

Mrs. Fuccillo is survived by a son, Joseph Fuccillo, and his wife Leanne of Brookfield, a daughter, Ann Marie Fuccillo of Brookfield, two grandchildren, Grace & Joseph Fuccillo, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Fuccillo was predeceased by three brothers, Anthony, Dominick, and Carmine, and by a sister, Lucy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, 138 Candlewood Lake Rd., Brookfield, CT.

Interment will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Pleasant Valley, NY.

The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9 Granville Ave., Danbury, on Monday, June 20, 2022, from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM.
