The Four Corner's in Brookfield has been a staple in the town for many years. However, many have felt that it lacked the true feeling of a town center. Since 2002 the Brookfield Planning Board has been working hard to create Brookfield's town center. The Four Corners Town Center Revitalization Plan is being amended once again, since 2012. This report was completed for the June 4th public meeting for the 2015 Plan of Conservation and Development. At this meeting Brookfield residents will get a chance to here the updates and development of the Four Corners plan. This is only a part of the entire plan, but a crucial section of Brookfield's center.
2012 Amendment of 2002 POCD: Four Corners Town Center Revitalization Plan The Four Corners Town Center Revitalization Plan (the Revitalization Plan) represents an intensive planning effort intended to address one of the principle strategies of the 2002 Plan, the establishment of a village center.
