TOMPKINS MAHOPAC BANK RAISES OVER $30,000 FOR AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY
Team participants raise funds for annual Relay for Life event
Team members from Tompkins Mahopac Bank’s (TMB) Hudson Valley region recently came together at Relay For Life of Mahopac in support of the American Cancer Society (ACS), a non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives, celebrating lives and leading the fight for a world without cancer. TMB collectively raised over $30,000 for ACS, earning them the title of top fundraising team. Committed to lessening the cancer burden, TMB’s donations will support research and patient services such as rides to treatment and free lodging for patients. Relay For Life of Mahopac takes place annually in June at Mahopac High School, where community members gather to honor those who have lost their lives to cancer, celebrate survivors and support caregivers.
