Community Cares to Match $10,000 for Delivered Meals To Seniors, Medically Vulnerable, And First Responders In Putnam County

Important Message from Amy Sayegh, Founder/President Putnam Community Cares.

I would like to let you know about a partnership I initiated with the United Way of Westchester Putnam and Putnam Business Council.

We have expanded our mission by providing meals from local restaurants, delivered by our volunteers to first responders, health care workers, senior citizens and those who are medically vulnerable. Community Cares is sponsoring up to $10,000 to provide these services. The link for information is below: https://communitycares.or.

Restaurants in Putnam County, which are interested in providing family style meals-to-go for a set price, or individuals who want to be a volunteer delivery driver should email covid19@communitycares.org.
