Tompkins Corner Farmers Market This Friday

The Farmers Market is back! Come celebrate with us.

The Market is outdoors on the lawn and will run each Friday from 3 to 6:30 pm starting on June 28th and continuing until August 30st.

To commemorate TCCC’s opening to the public four years ago, the opening day’s events will be recreated, including the Market from 3 to 6:30, with old-time local musicians invited to play informally beginning at 4 pm. After a community picnic/potluck supper, the film, “How to Survive a Plague” will be shown. This film shows the definitive history of the successful battle to halt the AIDS epidemic, with special guest, Joy A. Tomchin, producer. The event is free to the public and all are invited and the film at 7:00 pm is a $10 suggested donation.

The Farmers Market vendors offer a variety of fresh, locally grown produce, baked goods and crafts. Vendor inquiries are welcome. The Markets are sponsored by the Putnam Valley Residents Coalition a nonprofit 501©(3) organization.
