The Original Hell’s Angels

Hear the story of the WWII B-17 bomber known as “Hell’s Angels” which was part of the U.S. Army Air Force’s 303rd
Bombardment Group. Jon Fiorella will share some of the story passed on by his uncle, John Kosilla, who was a staff
sergeant on the maintenance crew of Hell’s Angels and played a large role in her record achievements. The talk will
also cover the evolution of the U.S Army Air Corps into the modern U. S. Air Force, and will include some
information about local veterans who were members of bomber crews during WWII.
