Halloween Parade & Party

The Hamlet of Carmel Civic Association is hosting its Tenth Annual Halloween Parade and Party on Sunday, October 29th  in conjunction with The Carmel High School Interact Club which is part of Rotary International.

 At 1 PM children can start lining up for the parade at the Carmel High School parking area . At 1:30 PM, the parade begins and at 2:00 pm (approximately)  the party begins.

 The Hamlet of Carmel Civic Association Halloween Parade is for children from pre-school up to fourth grade. Children will be assembled on the sidewalk on the left side of Carmel High School near the library entrance. They then  march out of the High School parking lot, up the sidewalk to the circle in front of the building where the judges reviewing stand will be located. 

After each age group is judged they will proceed around the right side of the building to the rear cafeteria entrance. All of the children will receive door prizes and refreshments. 

The costume prize categories will be: Pre-school/ K first grade & second to fourth grade. The children win also be treated to face painting, arts and crafts and fun activities. 

 Admission is FREE.
