The Patterson Library is hosting free AARP Tax Help for Seniors and other qualifying individuals. This is the 10th year that AARP volunteer tax aid counselors have set up shop in the library. They will be here on Fridays from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm starting February 7 through April 10. Beginning on January 15, appointments can be made by calling NYS at 211 or the Patterson Library at 845-878-6121 x15. Time slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
