1:00 PM - Start lining up for the parade at Carmel High School
1:30 PM - Parade begins
2:00 PM - Party begins (approximately)

New starting location
The HCCA Halloween Parade is for children from pre-school up to fourth grade. Children will be assembled on the sidewalk on the left side of Carmel High School near the Library entrance. They will march out of the High School parking lot, up the sidewalk to the circle in front of the building where the judges reviewing stand will be located. After each age group is judged, they will proceed around the right side of the building to the rear cafeteria entrance. All of the children will receive door prizes and refreshments.
