YOGA @ THE PARK
For Adults 18 & Older - Sundays in May & June
Beginning Sunday, May 16th
With certified yoga instructor Shelley Walker you'll be making circuit of basic postures and poses including twists, back-bends, forward-folds, and the like while learning to perform these poses with vinyasa flow (movement sequence).
PLEASE NOTE that a yoga/exercise mat is required for this program and props such as blocks and straps are recommended. Starter kits are available at websites such as www.gaiam.com and www.jadeyoga.com.
