Kent Recreation is now offering ADULT BOOT CAMP with personal trainer Jennifer Grace! This one-hour boot camp focuses on stretching, cardiovascular exercise, and dynamic movement using light weights.This boot camp is designed for people who have not worked out in a while or who need to be mindful of their joints, so stretching will be utilized throughout the hour in an effort to minimize risk of injury.
Whether you are new to exercise, or just need to lose a few pounds, come join us for a tough but fun hour of calorie burning!!
