A large amount of traffic and visitors are expected to attend the services for the Honorable Judge James Reitz at the Bureau of Emergency Services (TOPS) building on Old Route 6 in Carmel today between 2pm and 8pm. Judge Reitz passed away suddenly on Friday June 14th while presiding over court at the Putnam County Historic Courthouse. Please plan alternate routes of travel during these times to avoid the anticipated congestion.
