A small white dog wearing a sweater who was found running on I-84 in Danbury on January 2 is now back with his owners, Danbury Animal Control reported last night, Friday, January 3, on their Facebook Page.
"Toby" was found running on I-84 between exits 5 and 6 was not wearing a collar or tags and did not have a microchip.
Danbury Animal Control thanks the public for their assistance in helping to locate Toby's owners.
