Coping Skills/Zones of Regulation for Children

at Reed Memorial Library in Carmel.
The program will address the Zones of Regulation as a way to increase awareness of and coping skills for managing different emotions. Crafts and games will be used as methods of teaching these skills and handouts for carryover of information into the home will be provided for families.
Taught by Brittany Regula, a recent graduate from the University of New Hampshire Occupational Therapy B.S./M.S. program.
