Classes are in full swing at Seven Star School of Performing Arts! October is an exciting month with the start of our popular free preschool program and our plans for our Halloween Bash both free and open to the community. Here’s what’s shakin’ this month at Seven Star School:
Story Time With A Twist ~ Free Every Wednesday
Story Time With A Twist is a free weekly story time group combining movement, music and mostly just fun!
This program is open to all children ages 1-4 years old and will be held on Wednesday mornings from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm!
Parents and children are invited to stay and play afterward during open studio time until 12:15 pm!
Free Dance Days October 15-20 at Seven Star School
Experience the magic of dance class for free!
Do you have a child who loves dancing, singing or acting?
Are you looking for something FUN for them to do for free?
Then join us for our Free Dance Days from October 15-20 at Seven Star School of Performing Arts!
Choose from our popular children’s specialty classes. We have a variety of classes for ages 2-18. You can select a class that fits your child’s age and your schedule!
Your new dancer will love dancing to music, meeting new friends and having fun!
No experience is necessary but space is limited. Reserve your spot while space is still available and receive a free treat!
Halloween Bash ~ October 27
All children are welcome to attend the annual Halloween Bash at Seven Star School of Performing Arts! We will be playing Halloween-themed games, dancing, making arts and crafts and so much more! New York Babywearing
New York Babywearing is a brand new non-for-profit organization whose mission is to support parents and caregivers through the comfort and closeness that wearing a child has to offer. We host monthly meetings throughout Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess counties as well as areas of Central New York. We are currently looking to expand our offerings into Putnam County, as there have been several requests from our meeting attendees. Which is why we are super excited to be hosting our pop up meetings at Seven Star School of Performing Arts in Brewster! At a meeting you can expect to find one of our educators as well as a support volunteer. We will be offering baby carrier fit checks where parents and caregivers can bring their carriers to have one of our educators properly fit them with. What about for our expecting parents? No problem! We also will have with us a weighted demo doll for you to be able to try something on during the meeting. Additionally, we will have our learning library with different varieties and styles of carriers for parents and caregivers to be able to try on or to learn about.
