CHAIR YOGA

You will be guided in breathing, mindfulness, flexibility and balance during a delightful hour of chair yoga. Come learn breathing techniques to calm, relax and increase your energy. Everyone is welcome, no need to be fit, flexible or have prior yoga experience. Come, have fun and meet new friends!
