'Lil Ducklings Summer Art Programs
The 'Lil Ducklings Art Programs are a series of fun 1 day summer art sessions that encourage parents and children to explore new artistic techniques and enjoy the experience of creating something together. Recommended ages are 3 to 8 years old and the children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration includes art supplies and entry for 2 adults and 2 children. Sign up for all 3 days for a discounted rate.
'Lil Ducklings - Messy Masters! — June 23rd
First in our series are two fun-filled hours to learn about some of the world’s greatest artists such as Matisse, Monet, Pollock, Surat, Van Gogh and Warhol.
Our activities focus on messy and unique materials in different artistic styles to inspire you to create your own masterpieces! Each session includes themed sensory play, music, games, and movement as well as a number of take-home projects. These are some for Messy Masters!
♦Bring Van Gogh sunflowers to life with a potato masher and a fork!
♦ Learn a shaving cream marbling technique to recreate Monet’s Water Lily Pond
♦ Dot-dot-dot a fabulous Surat with Q-tips or just your fingertips.
♦ Frolic with splash and splatter just like Pollock.
♦ Make beautiful Matisse-inspired creations using simple colored tissue paper.
Come dressed for a mess and artistic success!
