Putnam County Exec to discuss plans for restoring passenger rail service between Southeast and Danbury on Zoom today at 3pm.

Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell will hold a Public Meeting today,  Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 3:00 PM to provide an update on the Southeast to Danbury Rail Feasibility Study. 

The purpose of the Study is to evaluate the feasibility of restoring passenger rail service between the Town of Southeast, NY and the City of Danbury, Ct.

This meeting serves as a follow-up to the public meeting held in December 2021 and to present an update on the evaluation of conceptual alternatives and  related analyses.
