MOONLIGHT CAFE has some exciting things going on the remainder of 2018 including their ONE YEAR Anniversary on December 14th! They have had many changes since they opened including the addition of a bar “THE BREW ROOM” serving not only beer and wine but house crafted cocktails served in their Signature Adult Juice Boxes, plus a new weekend Bar Bites menu that is exciting and creative. SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY: November 24th (ALL DAY) They will have samples of Kombucha, Candlewood Coffee and Craft Cocktails (with proper ID) They will have food specials, including their new Bar Bites Menu in the evening. Pop - Up Jewelry Vendor LIVING SPIRITS CREATIONS featuring Guitar String Jewelry for men and women. Live music with TOO FAT GUYS and a short set from local New Fairfield singers, TWO CHURCH GIRLS from 7pm - 10pm.
THANKSGIVING EVE: Wednesday, November 21st from 6pm-9pm start the holiday off early with food specials and live music by Brewster High School Student Riley Krisch from “Brewster’s Got Talent”
Jingle Bell Rock ‘N’ Run to Benefit the Arthritis Foundation: Saturday, December 1 from 7pm-10pm. We’ll be rockin’ the night away with live music, raffles, and more! This event is a Fundraiser to support Margaret Carey and her team Joint Efforts in the Arthritis Foundation's Westchester Jingle Bell Run, which will be held on December 8 at SUNY Purchase. MARGARITA MONDAYS: Every Monday from 4pm - 7pm are 2 for 1 Margaritas served in their Signature Adult Juice Boxes.
HAPPY HOUR in the BREW ROOM: Tuesday - Friday from 4pm - 7pm get 2 for 1 draft beer, $2 off Bottles/Cans of Beer, $4 off select juice boxes, $1 off Wine by the glass.
OPEN MIC NIGHT: The first and last Thursday of each month from 6pm - 9pm open to singers, musicians, players, comedians, magicians, poets or anyone with a talent to share. Pre-register with the MC/Host Joe K of the Music Cottage. (November dates: Thurs. 11/8 and Fri. 11/30** this one date is a Friday due to schedule conflict for the MC)
GUEST BARTENDER: Select Thursday nights from 7pm-9pm with drink specials. The “GUEST” will be a local small business owner or community member who picks a charity and a percentage of sales and tips will go to that charity from their time behind the bar. The first GUEST Bartender will be Neel, the owner of BEER TIME in Brewster and his selected charity is ST. JUDE (a favorite at Moonlight Cafe!)
CATERING: They are full service caterers and are able to accommodate on and off premise catered events. They are currently accepting orders for holiday caterings off premise and have select dates still available for catered parties in the BREW ROOM. Don’t forget they offer vegan and gluten free option in both their sweet and savory menu items and take custom cake, cupcakes and pie orders.
