Sample Ballots – View a Sample Ballot for your Election District before you go to the polls. Sample Ballots are available for each Election District. IN PERSON – Registration forms must be submitted by May 28, 2021 in order for you to be eligible to vote in the Primary Election.
BY MAIL – Registration forms being mailed MUST BE POSTMARKED by May 28, 2021, and received by the Board of Elections no later than June 2, 2021 in order for you to be eligible to vote in the Primary Election.

Absentee Applications – Absentee applications for Ballots are accepted and processed 365 days a year. Once the ballots for a specific election (Special, Primary, General, Presidential, Village) become available, and a correctly completed application is received, the ballots are mailed on a daily basis.
