Last week, Assemblyman Kevin Byrne (R,C,Ref-Mahopac) was able to donate 20 one-gallon jugs and 100 smaller hand-held dispensers to the town of Carmel for employee and resident use in town hall. Carmel Town Supervisor Ken Schmitt received the donation and thanked Byrne and his office for their generosity.

“In such challenging times, I am glad we were able to help out our friends at Carmel Town Hall,” said Byrne. “We have a great partnership with the supervisor and town board members in Carmel, and this is just another example of that. Together, it is important that we do all we can to be responsible and keep things clean to maintain a healthy environment as New York begins to open again.”

Assemblyman Kevin Byrne is the ranking member of the Assembly Health Committee and represents the 94th Assembly District, including portions of Westchester and Putnam Counties.
