The Putnam County Department of Health has scheduled a COVID-19 vaccine booster clinic on Wednesday, November 10 from 12 pm to 2 pm at the former Dressbarn in Putnam Plaza in Carmel.
Moderna and Pfizer vaccine will be available for eligible individuals who are 18 and older. Eligible individuals include:
- Those who received their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least 6 months ago who are:
- 65 years and older
- Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings
- Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions
- Age 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings
- Those 18 and older who received Johnson & Johnson vaccine at least 2 months ago.

If you have not been vaccinated and wish to receive a first dose of vaccine, visit www.vaccines.gov. The PCDOH will also be administering first dose COVID vaccines at its regularly scheduled immunization clinics.
