Together We Walk for Epilepsy on Sunday, June 12th at 1PM

We are so excited to be back in person! Please join us on Sunday, June 12, 2022, for the fifth-annual 5k charity walk to increase epilepsy awareness and to raise money for the Epilepsy Research Fund at Children's Hospital at Montefiore.

Virtual walkers are also welcome.

Please see the Event Details page for more information.

The Epilepsy Research Fund is overseen by Chappaqua resident Dr. Solomon Moshé.  Dr. Moshé is a pediatric neurologist at CHAM as well as a professor of neurology, neuroscience, and pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.  His areas of research include the study of subcortical circuits involving the control of seizures and the consequences of seizures in the developing brain.  Dr. Moshé has mentored over 200 scientists and clinicians from around the world in clinical epilepsy and epilepsy-related research.

CHAM specialists have published more than 600 peer-reviewed journal articles and lecture extensively at national and international meetings. Your donations will help provide the funds they need to continue their ground-breaking work to create a brighter future for all people with epilepsy.
