Wear Orange Rally in Chappaqua: National Gun Violence Awareness Day on June 3

Chappaqua's Wear Orange Rally on Friday, June 3 from 5 to 6 pm at the Gazebo (Recreation Field).

National Gun Violence Awareness Day promotes advocacy and volunteerism to counter the ever-escalating scourge of death, injury and traumatic impact on hundreds of thousands of people from the use of guns, most recently in Uvalde, Texas.

The event is being orchestrated by the Town of New Castle and Moms Demand Action Volunteers Lea Barth and Naomi Marrow. New Castle Police Chief James Carroll and Las Vegas Gun Violence Survivor Erin Fuller Brian will be present to speak.

YOUR attendance will signal that our elected officials are on the case and, in New York in particular, have and will continue to take significant action to reduce gun violence.
