Water Service Line Inventory - Door to Door in New Castle Neighborhoods

As part of a federal mandate, we will need to have an inventory of all water service lines by the end of 2024, to ensure that there are no lead water pipes. 
 
New Castle DPW will be stopping by properties that we do not have service line information for. Water Department Staff will arrive in marked Town of New Castle Vehicles and have identification.  If we do not stop by or leave a note that means we already have their information.
 
We will be going door to door starting with the following roads.
