Beginning April 6, the Chappaqua Library will be open for public in-person browsing with limited hours and some restrictions. Curbside pickup six days a week will continue.
Our public hours, beginning April 6, are:
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays 11 am - 3 pm
Wednesdays 3-7 pm
Please observe the following:
Each patron will have a maximum of 30 minutes in the library
No more than 25 patrons can be in the library at one time
All patrons MUST wear masks, per New Castle Town Ordinance
Hand sanitizer will be available upon entering the building
Other restrictions include:
No seating
No computers
No meeting rooms
NO RESTROOMS
The Children's Room remains closed but new materials will be available to browse in the main part of the library.
All events and programs will continue virtually.
We are available by phone and email during our regular hours.
