Why did you start your business?
My brother Andrew and I launched the company in 2013 with the number one mission of quite simply providing a more transparent, friendlier, easier, and affordable way for homeowners to update or fix their home, without sacrificing the quality of warranties, installation, project management and friendliness of our team members.
Looking to shake up an industry that is not known for high customer service fundamentals, we have become known in NY, NJ, and CT for going above and beyond by offering the human touch and creating long-standing relationships.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Our products include roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, but above and beyond, the largest piece of our business is roofing. In addition to offering the best customer service in an industry not known for having that friendly, personal touch, the highest quality products, and unparalleled warranties, one reason our roofing business is best-selling is because of our patent-pending technology, available here, that allows customers to fully shop for, purchase and schedule the installation of a brand new roof, all from the comfort of their own home, office, or anywhere, in a matter of hours, from their phone, tablet or computer.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We strongly believe in supporting and working with other local businesses throughout the regions we work! Some of our partners include Birdie’s Auto Spa (to help keep our trucks clean), Bill’s Service South of Stamford (service our trucks), Stamford Ford (new truck purchases), redbox+ dumpsters in Mount Vernon (job site dumpster rentals) and SilkScreen Plus in Greenwich (branded apparel), to name a few!
