Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
You're IT Grace Daycare & Learning Center!
Four questions with Fritz G. Chery, founder of Grace Daycare & Learning Center.
Why did you start your business?
We wanted to provide high-end affordable childcare to all families. There was a growing need for it in this community and we wanted to meet those needs.
What is your best-selling product/service?
We are unique in that we offer five amenity rooms for children to use every day: a library, dance room, music room, gym, and science room. Additionally, we offer live streaming for parents.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We work closely with Greenwich United Way which provided recourses for our families.
We are constantly requesting feedback from our families and continue to grow as a program. This year will be the first year we are at full occupancy since the pandemic.
Grace Daycare & Learning Center is located at 2 St Roch Avenue in Greenwich. Visit Grace Daycare & Learning Center online here, and make sure to check out their Facebook, and Instagram pages as well!
