Family Centers Health Care (FCHC) invites you to recognize National Health Center Week and celebrate their second year of providing medical, dental and mental health services to the greater Greenwich community. In addition to hearing from members of FCHC’s team and community partners, patients will also share stories about how the health center has improved their lives.
This special ceremony will be held on Monday, August 13 at 10 a.m. at Family Centers Health Care (111 Wilbur Peck Court, Greenwich) and is open to the public. Refreshments, giveaways and free health screenings will be offered.
