An Evening with Author and Award-winning Journalist Martin Fletcher

The New Author Series from UJA-JCC Greenwich brings Bestselling Authors, a National Jewish Book Award Recipient and Award-winning Journalists to the community to share their books – including an emotionally charged novel, a personal memoir, a page-turning mystery and a historical biography.

NBC’s former Bureau Chief in Tel Aviv, Martin Fletcher, will kick-off the new series as he shares his sweeping new novel of Israel’s tumultuous early years, The Promised Land, told through the eyes of two German Jewish brothers. Fletcher has won almost every award in TV journalism, including the duPont-Columbia University Award, five Overseas Press Club awards, the Edward R. Murrow award for excellence and five Emmys.
