Lives Blossom Fundraiser on April 30th

The Stamford Senior Center invites you to save the date for their annual ‘Lives Blossom’ event on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 6pm at the Stamford Marriott Hotel.

Advance tickets are on sale now for this annual tradition that raises critical funds for the Stamford Senior Center’s wide array of active and engaging programming. The nonprofit organization is a lifeline for nearly 900 members, offering programs that promote healthy aging and opportunities for social engagement, reducing loneliness and the negative health effects related to social isolation.

Each year, community and business leaders throughout the area attend this enjoyable evening filled with networking, cocktails, plentiful hors d’oeuvres and a lively silent auction.

“We are proud to support and enrich the lives of seniors in our community, and our signature fundraiser is a celebration of our members who are a testament to healthy aging,” said Christina Crain, Stamford Senior Center Executive Director. “As an independent, nonprofit organization, we must fundraise, and we encourage everyone, young and old, to plan to attend.”
