Historical Society’s Fall Family Festival Returns with Fun for Entire Family
This cherished annual event on October 9th at the Historical Society campus has something for all family members to enjoy:
- Sing and dance with the Trummytones, an exciting new children's music band led by world renowned trombonist and front man Vinny Nobile. The Trummytones fuses tuba, drums, accordion, and Vinny's high energy performance into an organic acoustic pop zydico and reggae fun for all ages.
- Compete in the annual scarecrow-building competition. Show off your creativity and flair!
- Paint in plein air, just like the Impressionists for your own masterpiece.
Donations of creative scarecrow-making clothes and accessories are welcome. Deliver to the Historical Society lobby at 47 Strickland Rd, Cos Cob, by October 8th.
