56th Annual Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale Kicks Off, Shop Through December 4 and Support Local Charities!

A community tradition continues to benefit local charities 

Every purchase comes with a purpose, as funds raised through the sale will be given to six local charities that are serving families in this time of critical need. The charities include Abilis, Mothers for Others, Pacific House, Building One Community, Barbara’s House and the Fund for New Covenant Center Soup Kitchen. 

“We’re excited to continue with this annual tradition of bringing high-quality trees to our neighbors while also sending meaningful grants to charities who need our financial support,” said Lauren Ghaffari, chair of the 2022 annual sale. “This year we will have more trees, larger trees, and a new wreath selection with balsam and mixed greens wreaths. Artisan handmade bows and decorated wreaths will also be available.” 

Legions of volunteers from the church and the surrounding community, including the GHS Freshman Football Team, will gather again at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 26^th, to unload more than 500 New Hampshire-grown trees off the long flatbed delivery truck and onto display racks on the front lawn of the church. The sale will feature premium Fraser Fir and Balsam Fir trees of all sizes, plus wreaths and decorating kits, artisan handmade bows, natural pine roping and premium quality “Bowling’s Last Stand” tree stands.
