Caring for a loved one with a mental health condition can be overwhelming and stressful.

It is a designated evidence-based program taught by NAMI-trained family members with lived experience. Thousands of families describe the program as life-changing.

Learn about your loved one’s illness and its symptoms, treatments and medications. Gain insight into what’s happening in the brain to cause symptoms, and how someone feels when symptoms occur.  Learn how to handle crises, communication problems and the stress you feel as a family member.

Registration required. To register, please contact Janet at janet2527@gmail.com or (914) 527-2994.
