Do you know an individual, a business or a non-profit organization that should be recognized for their contributions to the Greenwich community? NOW is your chance to ensure that Greenwich knows so these names can be recognized for their efforts!
Please complete this form with your recommendations to help us determine this year's award recipients. You are welcome and encouraged to use an attachment and email your nominations to mokane@greenwichchamber.com (or FAX 203-869-3502) no later than Friday, March 1st.
Once the nominations have been received, the Annual Awards Committee will select the award recipients and advise.
