Abilis Offers Free Information Session on Ticket to Work For Those with Disabilities

Abilis, the nonprofit organization that provides services and support for individuals with special needs and their families, is hosting a FREE information session – Ticket to Work Employment Program - on Thursday, January 16, 2020, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The information session will be held at the Abilis headquarters located at 50 Glenville Street, Greenwich, Connecticut. 

Abilis is an approved service provider to Social Security’s Ticket to Work program and is an Employment Network for this national program. The Ticket to Work Employment program is a free and voluntary program that can help all individuals who receive Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) prepare for and find employment. Individuals ages 18 through 64 who receive Social Security disability benefits can take advantage of the program.  

The information session open to the public and offered at no cost. Seats are limited and registration is required. Please register at abilis.us/calendar.
