Did you know? Chef Trimarchi hails from world-class culinary stock. After attending The Art Institute of New York City, Tirmarchi rolled up the sleeves of his chef coat and began working in some of NYC’s most innovative restaurants including; Felidia and Reno’s Trattoria. Prior to the Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa, Trimarchi was the Executive Sous Chef at The Plaza Hotel and worked at The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, and Hotel Plaza Athenee.
