What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper? 

It is important to remember that things in our lives are not over, they are just different. We must accept and deal with new realities - it's important to adjust as quickly as possible and move forward. I have been Personal Training and providing lifestyle management for over 30 years and my clientele has always had the ability to reach out,  ask for help, and find a way to keep their exercise routine going. 
 
Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?

Any successful business owner has to change with the times and attitudes of potential clients. I'm currently discussing running new and smaller programs with country clubs and small group training for adolescents. 

Are there certain individuals or organizations that supported you and your business through this trying time?

Some can obviously provide "workouts over the computer"... Zoom etc.  My clientele prefers an in-person approach and keeping distance may be a challenge. My advice is to take advantage of working out outdoors when weather permits. Don't forget to wear a mask, wash your hands more often and wear gloves when handling equipment, weights or ropes, etc. What a great time for people with weak or compromised immune systems to truly make their health a priority. We all should find time and reasons to be healthier.
