Why did you start your business?
I started my business to help people moving home, whether buying or selling, to make the process as smooth and stress-free as
possible.
What is your best-selling product/service?
I sell homes at different price points, so for me, it is not about a best-selling product or service - every home sale tells a story, a story of people making changes in their lives, buying their first home. moving up to a larger home, downsizing to a smaller home, or moving from overseas.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
I use many local businesses to support my business including local newspapers and magazines to advertise, local attorneys and title companies, local mortgage brokers, local appraisers, local contractors to renovate/repair homes, and all the home service companies including landscapers, home maintenance companies - and even local dog walkers!
My business is more online than ever, with Zoom meetings with clients, showings over FaceTime, and electronic signature of documents. But the key to any successful home sale or purchase is the human element, realtors and their clients working together - that will never change.
