Why did you start your business?
We are an Assos Pro Shop and carry high-end Swiss cycling clothing.
I have been a long-time client of Signature Cycles coming to appreciate their great services as the world’s premier custom bicycle and fitting studio. Earlier this year I had the opportunity to partner up with the current team and add the business aspect of running a leading bike shop to my passion for cycling. It doesn’t get much better than that!
What is your best-selling product/service?
We focus on personalized bike fits that lead to designing and selling custom-built bikes. To complete the ultimate bike experience we also sell high-end European cycling apparel such as Assos and Pas Normal Studios
We need the support of the local services branches such as UPS and FedEx together with First Republic Bank to be successful.
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
Like many other businesses, we are affected by the worldwide supply chain challenges. This makes us rethink the relationships with our vendors/business partners. We plan together for a stronger future while adapting to the current environment. At the same time, we are strengthening our web-based presence and social media outreach to stay connected with our loyal clientele.
