New Holly Hill Entrance Permit Required By July 1

Starting July 1, 2022, residents are required to display the new Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility entrance permit for the July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, fiscal year.

The new permit is now available for purchase and can be easily ordered online through the Public Works section of the greenwichct.gov website or via mail.

For a fee of $25, residential permit holders can dispose of their garbage refuse, recyclables, yard debris, construction demolition materials, and other recyclables at the Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility for the entire fiscal year.

Additional fees will be applied to cargo-type vehicles or vehicles pulling a trailer with chargeable material such as organic waste and/or construction demolition materials. The permit hang tag must be displayed in the vehicle the entire time while at the facility.

Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility is located on 4 Holly Hill Lane and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m.-12 p.m. The fastest and most convenient way to apply for a permit is online.
