Greenwich Historical Society’s Tavern Garden Markets Return to Cos Cob Campus!

Greenwich Historical Society’s Tavern Garden Markets return to its Cos Cob campus with a fresh focus on holistic living and community connection.

Locally sourced farm-to-table produce, eggs, baked goods, flowers and distinctive, one-of-a-kind accessories and craft are back, layered with a series of special events for personal enrichment and wellness. Markets will take place rain or shine, on alternating Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm in May, June, September and October.

Each market will have a featured vendor aligned with the Historical Society’s mission to provide meaningful and enriching experiences to the community through a series of free Morning Market Talks at 9:30 am on market days in the Permanent Gallery. The May 17th kick-off will feature Christopher Beane, an acclaimed NYC-based photographer and fine artist known for his sumptuous florals and mixed media, who is represented by Jim Kempner Fine Art in Manhattan. Meet the artist, view his unique and vibrant works and learn about his creative process.
