With an eye on promoting philanthropy and developing leadership in the nonprofit community as a means to create change in Fairfield County, Fairfield County’s Community Foundation announced the appointment of Elaine Mintz as the Vice President of Operations. Mintz will continue in her role leading the Center of Nonprofit Excellence and is now responsible for advancing FCCF’s human capital management plan and strategic goal-setting process.
Elaine Mintz joined Fairfield County’s Community Foundation in 2011. “It is an honor to announce Elaine Mintz’s new position as FCCF’s Vice President of Operations. She is a key liaison to the Fairfield County nonprofit community and now her talents can continue and expand into other aspects of our organization. Her dedication has served to significantly strengthen the region’s nonprofit sector, while focusing on innovative and collaborative solutions to critical issues impacting the community,” stated Juanita James, CEO & President, Fairfield County’s Community Foundation.
